I interviewed 5 agents to help sell my house- Adam was the most responsive and knowledgeable and I knew I was in great hands. He and Ali guided me through the whole process of preparing my home for sale. So many aspects were handled beautifully- His strategy of doing the inspections up front and making all the crucial repairs ensured offers with no physical contingency. His knowledge of construction helped me anticipate all the issues and his advice on what work to do was crucial. His relationships with professionals who could do the work skillfully and in a very timely fashion was so helpful. His targeted online marketing attracted buyers from the whole Bay Area. Ali was amazing in helping me get all this done. She was available at all times to answer my questions, and came to my rather remote home on multiple occasions to get bids on the work, negotiate fees, meet with contractors, oversee the work, provide advice, manage the photography, virtually stage my home, arrange multiple showings and a weekend of open houses. Selling a house can be very stressful, the Prosper team made the whole experience so much easier. Adam Menconi is a wonderful, professional realtor with extensive knowledge in the business of real estate and the Sonoma County real estate market! My wife and I recently made a move from Santa Rosa to Arizona. Our daughter and grandchildren had already left and we were eager to follow. However, we were facing the daunting task of selling our home during the middle of a pandemic. At the time, houses could not be shown unless vacant and even then, open houses were not allowed. My wife and I are both in our sixties and felt vulnerable to covid 19. We contacted Adam based on a referral from our Arizona realtor. Our anxiety immediately eased. We held meetings with Adam over Zoom. We signed all our documents via email. We vacated the house and he used his contacts for a pest inspection, pest work, dry rot work, gardening work and other necessary jobs. We didn't have to be present and he handled all of the details. He is an expert with social media and used it effectively and creatively to promote our home. Within a very short period of time, our house was sold.
